Publications

.PNG
has produced two comprehensive publications, which document and explore the activity of the network. Parallax 2015-2017, edited by Pawel Mendrek and Martin Newth, and designed by Kasia Wolny, documented the exchanges between ASP Katowice in Poland and Chelsea College of Arts. Through this project the two art schools set out to explore, challenge and exchange ideas and information from each institution's social, cultural and historical point of view. The publication asked questions about what an art school is and what it might become, acknowledging that an art school’s function is a test site; one that allows for discourse to be enacted through making work, where ideas and approaches, methods and technologies are shared, challenged and developed.
